I suppose you're wondering who I am by now?  Let's go back a few years and I'll give you some history on myself.  At the age of 18 I started weight training and the addiction of getting into the best shape possible never left me.  I would help people in the gym while I was training, which led me to becoming a Personal Trainer for a small income.

After a few years of doing this, I realized the most important thing people had to know was How to Eat Properly. What people fail to realize is that 75% of getting in shape is at the table, 15% is in our activity levels, and the other 10% is getting proper rest, so proper nutrition became my highest priority.

My name is Herb Fournier, and I decided to start to make a difference where I live in Riverview, New Brunswick.  I have helped many people suffering from weight issues, and the medical troubles that go with them.  Conditions like Diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Acid Reflux, and the list goes on.

Helping people with weight loss and in some cases weight gain...This is my Passion!

Now I'm bringing my program to you through this wonderful thing called the internet!  My 12 week program is designed to help you effectively lose stubborn pounds while keeping them off, feel better about yourself, and maximize your energy levels! I'm confident you will learn how to take care of yourself for the rest of your days with this program.
